What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. Usually, it takes 4-10 business days. The estimated delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

How do i check the current status of my orders?

Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we’re super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.

How do i pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made using visa, mastercard and maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for maestro cards), three-digit cvv number (optional for maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

I received a damaged item. What now?

Please tell us what is wrong as we want you to be absolutely in love with your order. Raise a return request here and we’ll do our best to make it as smooth as butter for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet ! But exceptions can always be made. Please do contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
